BDSM Contract

The Free BDSM Contract is linked below. This is a legal style document to help you negotiate and define your alternative lifestyle arrangements

Writing a Contract is the best way to:

♦ Discuss your wants, needs and expectations;
♦ Clearly set out your desires, goals, rules, rights, responsibilities and limits;
♦ Know where you stand and what’s expected of you;
♦ Set out the specific goals for training and the  relationship;
♦ Have fun negotiating the small print over
♦ Review your progress;
♦ Make your commitment official

(Please note that a BDSM contract involving slavery or pre-defined consent is NOT legally enforceable in respect of slavery because the slave can change the relationship at any time and because consent can be withdrawn at any time; however in the event that there is ever a question about your behaviour, it can be highly persuasive in Court. Remember that it is not unknown for submissives and their Masters to fall out and the existence of the contract evidences that there was a relationship of bondage, discipline and submission and that this was consensual and provides a valid defence against subsequent accusations of abuse.)

Remember: If you have a communicable disease, which includes any STDs (including genital warts) or if you have reently had possible symptoms  or you are HIV+ status, then you are legally required to disclose this to any potential sexual partner before engaging in intimate behaviour and if you fail to do so you will commit a criminal offence and any consent is deemed to be obtained by a “deception of silence” and therefore void and you can be charged with rape. Sentences in UK Courts of up to 8 years have been handed down, which is similar to sentences of manslaughter (Murder 2).
